Sous Vide Steak, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, and Chipotle Cream Sauce
Life has once again become crazy. Last week I started my final semester at Penn State and already I am counting down the weeks to the end. I've been trying to make time to cook and take care of my blog, but right now it's been difficult with my new schedule. Hopefully it will settle down here soon and I can get into a good routine.
I posted a picture of this beauty on my Instagram last night and people were all over me to post a recipe, so I figured I better get this out there ASAP. We've been craving steak in our house hold lately and ironically one of my favorite restaurants in town posted a picture of one of their features which gave me my inspiration for this dish. So give it a try, it's delicious!
